Only what we need.

When you fill out a form, email us, or call for help, we may collect your name, business details, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. If you send technical material, we may also receive database-related context, logs, or screenshots that help us diagnose the issue. Why collect anything extra?

How we use it

Purpose, not clutter.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, improve support quality, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We don’t use your information for unrelated marketing campaigns, and we don’t sell it to advertisers. Simple as that.

Data is stored in systems with role-based access, strong authentication, and encrypted transmission where appropriate. We keep records only as long as they’re needed for the service, legal, tax, or operational purpose they were collected for. Then we delete or archive them securely. Would we keep an old backup forever? No.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their marketing. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, accounting, or support tooling, but only where they’re bound to protect information and process it for our instructions. Why would we open the door wider than necessary?

Information you submit through forms is used to answer your enquiry, assess the request, and keep a record of the conversation. Secure transmission methods are used where available, and we retain form submissions only for as long as needed to manage the request and any follow-up. Brief, clear, and accountable.
